BPI-NSQCS Region II personnel are impartial, competent and well guided in the provision of their services with proper judgement, integrity, training, documentation and implementation of policies and procedures.
BPI-NSQCS Region II commits to continually improve its laboratory management system through an effective feedback system from its internal and external environment and quality audit so as to ensure delivery of high quality seed testing services.
