BPI-NSQCS Central Office is committed to provide a professional service through accurate reliable, repeatable, timely and quality testing services to its customer consistent with the requirements of PNS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISTA standard for seed testing and seed sampling.
BPI-NSQCS Central Office personnel are impartial, competent and well guided in the provision of their services with proper judgement, integrity, training, documentation and implementation of policies and procedures.
BPI-NSQCS Central Office commits to continually improve its laboratory management system through an effective feedback system from its internal and external environment and quality audit so as to ensure delivery of high quality seed testing services.
